Using Wisdo is as simple as selecting from one of the following categories, organized by problem: loneliness, anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, depression, bullying, motherhood, and much more. Under each category, you'll see more specific categories. For example, under anxiety, you can choose from insomnia, paranoia, panic attacks, etc.

Once you've found your problem, you can indicate whether you've already overcome it or are still working on it. And if you've overcome it, you can help someone else going through the same thing. After all, helping others is as important as receiving help yourself.
